- We reserve the right to cancel any tour or trek due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Changes to Bookings
- Changes by Client: If you wish to make changes to your booking, such as altering the dates or itinerary, please contact us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the changes and the timing.
- Changes by UK Travel Company: We reserve the right to make necessary changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or other services in the interest of safety, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
5. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers personal injury, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, loss of personal belongings, and trip cancellation or interruption.
6. Health and Fitness Requirements
- Fitness Level: Certain treks and tours require a specific level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the activities included in your chosen package.
- Medical Conditions: Please inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in the tour or trek. We reserve the right to decline a booking if we deem it unsafe for you to participate.
7. Personal Conduct and Responsibility
- Behavior: All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Any behavior that is deemed disruptive or harmful to other participants, the environment, or local communities may result in the termination of your participation in the tour without refund.
- Liability: UK Travel Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or delays.

All content, including text, images, logos, and branding, on our website and promotional materials are the intellectual property of UK Travel Company. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content is prohibited.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
