Welcome to UK Travel Company. By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payments
- A minimum token amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Payment can be made via online transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved methods.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Refunds (if applicable) are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which varies based on the timing of the cancellation:
- 15+ days before tour start: 80% refund
- 7-14 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: No refund
- Token amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Changes to Itinerary
- We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, road closures, political unrest, or any unavoidable circumstances.
- We will try our best to provide a suitable alternative at no extra cost, but additional expenses (if any) will be borne by the traveler.
4. Responsibilities of the Traveler
- Travelers must carry valid government ID proofs during the tour.
- Any damage to property or vehicles due to traveler misconduct will be chargeable.
- Travelers must follow the guide’s instructions for safety and group coordination.
5. Health & Fitness
- Treks and some tours require basic physical fitness. Please consult with your doctor if you have any health issues.
- UK Travel Company is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during the tour or trek.
6. Liability
- UK Travel Company acts only as a facilitator for travel, transport, accommodation, and activities. We shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage resulting from any act or default of any third-party provider.
- Personal belongings are the sole responsibility of the traveler. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen items.
7. Force Majeure
- We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or travel bans.
8. Use of Photos & Videos
- We may capture photographs or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such content, please inform us in advance.
9. Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to Dehradun, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.
