Refund and Cancellation Policy

At UK Travel Company, we strive to provide the best travel experiences. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. Below is our refund and cancellation policy for our tour and trekking packages:

1. Token Amount Payment

• Non-Refundable: If you have paid only the token amount for any tour package, this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. 50% Payment of Package Amount

• 70% Refundable: If you have paid 50% of the package amount, 70% of this payment is refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before the package date.
• Non-Refundable: If you cancel within 30 days of the package date, the amount paid is non-refundable.

3. 100% Payment of Package Amount

• 100% Refundable: If you have paid the full amount for the package, 100% of this payment is refundable if you cancel 30 days or more before the package date.
• 50% Refundable: If you cancel 15-29 days before the package date, 50% of the full payment is refundable.
• Non-Refundable: If you cancel within 15 days of the package date, the full amount is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

• Once a refund process is initiated, the refundable amount will be credited to your provided bank account within 45 days.
