Refund and Cancellation Policy

At UK Travel Company, we believe in transparency and customer satisfaction. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking any package.

1. Token Amount Payment

The token amount paid to confirm any booking is non-refundable under all circumstances. This amount is used to secure reservations and initial arrangements.

2. Partial Payment (50% of Package Amount)

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure:→ 70% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation within 30 days of departure:→ No refund will be applicable.

3. Full Payment (100% of Package Amount)

  • Cancellation 30 days or more before departure:→ 100% refund of the paid amount.
  • Cancellation between 15–29 days before departure:→ 50% refund of the paid amount.
  • Cancellation within 15 days of departure:→ No refund will be applicable.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–45 working days.
  • The refund amount will be credited to the customer’s original bank account or payment method.

Important Notes

Refunds are applicable only for cancellations requested via official communication channels.

No refund will be provided for unused services or last-minute no-shows.

Refund policies may vary slightly for special packages, group tours, or peak season bookings (if clearly mentioned at the time of booking).
