Temple Box follows a strict No Refund Policy.
Once an order is placed and successfully processed, no monetary refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
We offer replacement or exchange only in the following cases:
Eligible Cases
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Missing items in the package.
- Manufacturing defects.
Exchange Request Timeline
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing:
- Order ID
- Product photographs
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or missing item claims)
Non-Eligible Cases
Exchange requests will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference.
- Used products.
- Minor packaging damage not affecting the product.
- Incorrect orders placed by customers.
Exchange Approval
Once approved, Temple Box will arrange a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
Return Shipping
In approved cases, return shipping instructions will be shared by our support team.
Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
Temple Box reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
